Based on an equipment insight and the presented documentation, Plinotehnika Ltd. Čakovec holds the opinion certification of the National inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia (The electroenergetics, mining and pressurized containers supervision service), i.e. may perform testing, regulation and calibration of safety valves (Pmax = 25 bar).

QUALITY CONTROL
Plinotehnika d.o.o Čakovec has an internal quality control system for every product as well as certificates that prove functionality and reliability. The appliances are also prone to certifications companies’ certificates and analyses – with every device a certificate is supplied, as well as a one-year warranty.

The abbreviation LPG (in Croatian: UNP, „ukapljeni naftni plin“) stands for „liquefied petroleum gas“ which is gained in the process of processing crude oil into different derivatives. It is a mixture of different gas fractions. In commercial usage, except for the LPG (UNP) abbreviation, the term „propane/butane“ is regulary applied. The mixture contains 75 % of butane and 25 % of propane gas.

Preparation of LPG containers for the internal examination of the National pressurized containers inspectorate

We also provide the preparation of LPG containers for the internal examination of the National pressurized containers inspectorate, which includes the following measures:
1. Reservoir degassing and safe residue removal
2. Manhole opening and allowing the national inspector of pressurized containers to carry out the examination
3. Repairs and control of the metal framework on the container (valves, manometers…)
4. Cleaning, testing, filling and pressurizing the container
5. Repair service examination and transport
6. Coordination with the national inspector of pressurized containers
7. Presence at first LPG filling

to any sort of gas, with a facade or ceiling
smoke gas exhaust (flue).

Vaporizer

A gas evaporator is used to evaporate the
liquid phase of gas into a gaseous physical state.
It's built into powerplants with difficult
exploitation conditions and connects
to any sort of gas.
